Fitness 

Fitness is one of the most important components when performing the golf swing. Its is also over looked for those who are trying to improve their swing or movements. I have found that in order to make a physical change to your swing/ movements, you need to improve the way your body moves. e.g power generated, efficiency, accuracy and the ability to repeat the movement.

Flexibility is the most important component in the fitness aspect in my opinion, with greater flexibility you can hit the full range of motion required to achieve the positions needed in the swing to hit those high, long and straight shots we all aspire for.
